Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are files that contain small amounts of information that are downloaded to the user’s device when they visit a website, being associated only with an anonymous user and their computer and do not provide evidence that allows access to the user’s personal data.
You can also view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are regularly configured to accept cookies. To prevent the use of cookies in your Internet browser, you can disable the use of cookies through your Internet browser settings and delete cookies that have already been set. The help functions of your Internet browser tell you how to disable and delete cookies from your browser. Please note that disabling/deleting cookies may cause individual functions of our website to stop working as expected. In addition, disabling/deleting cookies only affects the Internet browser you are using at that time. For other Internet browsers, disabling/deleting cookies must be done again. Cookies, which may be necessary for certain functions of our website, are shown below.
Why do we use cookies?
We respect your privacy. Therefore, we only process your personal data when we are authorized to do so. You can give us your consent for the processing of your personal data, when such processing requires it. In other cases, if you use services on our website that require your data in order to be carried out, we will be authorized to process your data for the execution of such activity. An example of this is the entry log that we collect to ensure, for example, that our website operates without errors (including the technical maintenance of the website). In any case, we will inform you about the processing of personal data that is carried out, and of course, your rights and interests will always be taken into account. If you have any questions about your personal data, you will find your data protection rights further down on this same page.

Session cookies
For the proper functioning of our websites, we use session cookies that we store on your device when you visit our website – regardless of whether or not you accept cookies in the banner – and that are always automatically deleted when you close the Internet browser (that is, when you close the program). This allows us to offer you several functions on our website using the information from cookies.
We use the following session cookies for the following purposes:
- to ensure error-free playback of video or audio content;
- temporarily store certain user inputs;
- improve ease of use and statistical measurement.
Session cookies in which we process personal data:
Those that are used to temporarily identify or authenticate a user (for example, through a session ID to temporarily save the contents of the shopping cart)
Session cookies are automatically deleted after closing the Internet browser, or at most at the end of the lifespan of the corresponding cookie.
Persistent cookies
Persistent cookies are cookies that remain stored on your device, even after you have closed your Internet browser. We use the information contained in these cookies to provide you with convenient functions on our website (for example, to save certain user preferences or search or language settings), but also to collect your usage behavior on our website and use this information to improve it (for example, to detect errors) and personalize the advertising we show you.

Cookies according to the entity that manages them
First-party cookies
These are those that are sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the publisher itself and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
Third-party cookies
These are those that are sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
Cookies according to purpose
Technical cookies
These are those that allow the user to browse through a website, platform or application and to use the different options or services that exist therein, including those that the publisher uses to allow the management and operation of the website and enable its functions and services, such as, for example, controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted-access areas, remembering the elements that make up an order, carrying out the purchase process of an order, managing payment, controlling fraud linked to the security of the service, making the request for registration or participation in an event, using security elements during browsing, storing content for the dissemination of videos or sound, enabling dynamic content (for example, loading animation of a text or image) or sharing content through social networks. Also belonging to this category, due to their technical nature, are those cookies that allow the management, in the most effective way possible, of advertising spaces that, as one more design or “layout” element of the service offered to the user, the publisher has included on a website, application or platform based on criteria such as the edited content, without collecting information from users for different purposes, such as personalizing that advertising content or other content. Technical cookies will be exempt from compliance with the obligations established in Article 22.2 of the LSSI when they allow the service requested by the user to be provided, as occurs in the case of the cookies listed in the previous paragraphs. However, if these cookies are also used for non-exempt purposes (for example, for behavioral advertising purposes), they will be subject to those obligations.
Preference or personalization cookies
These are those that allow information to be remembered so that the user accesses the service with certain characteristics that may differentiate their experience from that of other users, such as, for example, language, the number of results to be displayed when the user performs a search, the appearance or content of the service depending on the type of browser through which the user accesses the service or the region from which they access the service, etc. If the user themselves chooses those characteristics (for example, if they select the language of a website by clicking on the flag icon of the corresponding country), the cookies will be exempt from the obligations of Article 22.2 of the LSSI as they are considered a service expressly requested by the user, provided that the cookies are exclusively for the selected purpose.
Analysis or measurement cookies
These are those that allow the party responsible for them to monitor and analyze the behavior of users of the websites to which they are linked, including the quantification of the impacts of advertisements. The information collected through this type of cookie is used to measure the activity of websites, applications or platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the usage data made by users of the service.
Behavioral advertising cookies
These are those that store information on user behavior obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows a specific profile to be developed to display advertising based on it. In any case, it should be taken into account that these typologies are offered for guidance purposes as they are the most common. Publishers and third parties may carry out the categorizations they consider best suited to the purposes of the cookies they use, so that the principle of transparency towards users is respected.
Below, we explain in detail which technologies and providers we use to analyze your user behavior:
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity
